Grievance & whistleblowing

Speak up. We're listening.

If something about Clover Digital doesn't feel right, tell us. You can raise a complaint, share feedback or report a concern, confidentially and, if you prefer, anonymously.

Effective 1 October 2026

We want to hear about problems early, so we can put them right. This page is our grievance and whistleblowing channel. It's open to anyone, it's free to use, and every report is taken seriously.

1. What you can raise

  • Complaints and grievances: about our work, our people or how you've been treated.
  • Feedback: ideas or suggestions on how we can do better.
  • Misconduct concerns: such as bribery or corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, unsafe work, harassment or discrimination, unfair labour practices, environmental harm, misuse of data, or any breach of the law or our policies.

You don't need proof, only an honest belief that something may be wrong. Please don't investigate on your own; just tell us what you know.

2. Who can use it

Anyone: employees, interns, job applicants, contractors, clients, suppliers, partners and members of the public. If you're an employee, you can also speak to your manager or any director.

3. Your protection

  • Confidential: your report is seen only by a company director appointed to handle Speak Up reports, and the people strictly needed to look into it. We won't reveal who you are without your consent, unless the law requires it.
  • Anonymous if you want: you don't have to give your name. If you do stay anonymous, keep your reference number so you can follow up.
  • No retaliation: we will not dismiss, demote, harass, disadvantage or take any action against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, even if it turns out to be mistaken. Retaliation is itself a disciplinary offence.
  • Fair to everyone: anyone named in a report is treated fairly, given a chance to respond and presumed innocent until the facts are established.
  • Good faith: knowingly false or malicious reports aren't protected and may lead to action.

This channel supports our anti-bribery and corruption commitments under section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, and follows the principles of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and ISO 37002 for whistleblowing. Statutory protection under Malaysia's Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 applies to disclosures made to a government enforcement agency (see section 5).

4. What happens next

STEP 01ReceivedYou get a reference number straight away.
STEP 02AcknowledgedWe confirm receipt within 5 working days if you leave contact details.
STEP 03ReviewedSomeone independent of the matter looks into it fairly and confidentially.
STEP 04OutcomeWe aim to conclude within 30 working days and tell you the result, as far as confidentiality allows.

If your concern involves that director, say so in your report and it will be passed to another director, or you can go straight to the outside channels in section 5. Complex cases can take longer; we'll keep you updated. If you're unhappy with how your report was handled, reply quoting your reference number and it will be reviewed by a director not involved in the original review.

5. Outside channels

You can always report directly to the authorities instead of, or as well as, telling us. Disclosures to these agencies may qualify for protection under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010.

6. Your personal data

Any personal data in a report is used only to assess and resolve it, kept securely with restricted access, and handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy. We keep reports only as long as needed to resolve them and meet legal requirements.
