Energy Management (PMS / EMS)

Know where every kilowatt goes — and bill it to the right tenant, automatically.

With tariffs rising and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) now enforcing energy management on large consumers, visibility is no longer optional. We turn sub-meter readings into dispute-free tenant bills — without a single spreadsheet.

What we deliver

One data chain — from incoming supply to compliance report.

How an energy management system works: incoming supply feeds a switchboard with power meters, data goes to the EMS, which produces reports and tenant bills
  • Power monitoring systems (PMS) — real-time monitoring of incoming supply, distribution and critical loads.
  • Energy management systems (EMS) — consumption analytics, maximum demand tracking and compliance/ESG reporting.
  • Sub-metering & automated tenant billing — for malls, office towers, industrial parks and government complexes.
  • Power quality analysis — harmonics, voltage sags and the hidden costs they create.
  • Solar PV integration & monitoring — performance monitoring for rooftop solar and feed-in arrangements.

We delivered the Energy Management System for a city council in the Klang Valley, monitoring energy across municipal facilities.

Frequently asked

Does my facility fall under EECA 2024 requirements?
EECA introduces energy-management obligations for large consumers above defined thresholds. We help you assess whether your facility qualifies and what monitoring, reporting and energy-manager obligations apply.
Can the EMS integrate with our existing meters?
Yes — including Schneider PowerLogic and Kamstrup metering, which we supply and integrate. Where existing meters expose data, we connect them; where they don't, we specify and install replacements.
How does automated tenant billing work?
Sub-meters feed live consumption into the EMS, which applies your tariff structure and generates per-tenant statements on a schedule — eliminating manual reads and billing disputes.
